Potluck Theme: Pizza Party! TWMC brings the pizza, you bring the salads, sides, drinks, and garlic bread.
Also, Asher will be hosting the Brownie Bakeoff! Bring your best brownies - whether that is Grandma’s recipe, the recipe you created late one night in your kitchen, or your favorite mix from a box. Voting will occur during the potluck and Asher will announce the winner after the general club meeting.

2023 Sleigh Ride

TWMC’s Annual Christmas Event
From Jeff Nelson:
“We were able to work out our differences with BLM so the Sleigh Ride & Christmas Party will be back at Hodge RD DEC 9-10 & will have the tent.”
We will be hosting our annual Christmas event on Dec 9-10. We have rented the tents to house the event like in years past.
Santa will be making an appearance. If your little one has been good this year, be sure to bring a wrapped gift for your little ones so Santa has something to hand out to them.
At the evening potluck dinner, we will have our raffle. Please be sure to donate a gift of some sort for the club to raffle off. Tickets for the raffle are $1 per ticket, $5 for 6 tickets, or $20 for 25 tickets. We will have a table decorating contest, so be sure to bring your artistic side!

Start planning for the December 9th and 10th Sleigh Ride Enduro / Christmas Outing now. Don’t forget to bring some gifts for Santa to hand out to the young ‘uns. Also bring along a gift for the huge raffle that will take place following our Holiday Dinner Saturday night. More details to follow on the Message Board, also in our December eMail Blast, stay tuned.
Just a reminder and a heads up to the parents. This event is the Christmas event, Santa comes but you need to bring your child’s gift for Santa to give them.
